Andrew made me feel heard and seen as a scared first-time patient. He always answered questions, no matter how mundane and generic. He was always attentive and very mindful throughout the time I stayed here even when I forgot his name. Andrew has such a wonderful and fun personality and deserves to be honored for his bedside care and overall job as a nurse.

The admitting nurse was quite a surprise to me. The way he took immediate charged and followed through making me feel totally comfortable fulfilling all the tasks that were given to him. It is amazing how Lutheran has found such qualified individuals to fill their nursing staff. I hope you appreciate him as much as I do.

I was very pleased with the service I received here. Especially with the service I got from Andrew. He was constantly checking up on me and making sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He went out of his way to reassure me that everything would be alright. Andrew was a big blessing to me in my time of need, especially with everything that I am going through. I thank him for making me so hopeful that things will be brighter and better with time. So thank you for having Andrew as my nurse who always made me feel hopeful.
