Andrew provides me with calm, clear, relevant advice about how I can improve my mental health and cope with my difficulties. He also responds to what I say with sympathy and quiet understanding, which helps. He has a strong background knowledge of science and things that matter, which backs up and supports what he says. This fills me with confidence in him. I feel that whatever I say, he will never be shocked or judge me negatively. He is always trying to understand and support me.
