Andreya Pels, RN

I would like to nominate Andreya Pels for her role as RHC. Andreya took on this position late in 2023 and has been a continual support to patients, the department, and the hospital as a whole. I continually receive positive feedback from staff, house supervisors, and other ANMs about Andreya's engagement. She is an effective communicator and makes well-thought-out decisions. She understands how the decisions she makes affect all med-surg departments and takes this into account. Her peers say she is supportive and always jumps in to help. Andreya has gone above and beyond by being flexible and coming in and supporting the ICU with all the sickness that has occurred.
