My mother was moved from PCU to ICU suddenly when her oxygen level went down. This was extremely scary for Mom as well as for those of us with her. Andy took the time to explain what was going on and answered the millions of questions we had regarding the drugs she was receiving, what they did and why she was receiving them. He showed a great deal of compassion in helping my Mom. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness.
