Andy Lee 2, RN

Andy enters my room and announced in a very sincere voice his presence and name, and what he was going to do to assist me in my recovery. What followed was a master class in fluid movement and communication from nurse to patient. The tasks were performed flawlessly and his kind, warm, and soothing voice gave me comfort and confidence that all was well.
Kaiser has many fine nurses who do their job well. Andy takes care to another level - he is not doing a job he is doing a calling. With my utmost respect and appreciation, please pass on my thanks to Andy. It was a privilege to meet him and be under his care.
