Andy Ly, RN

From the moment Andy came into my room, he was phenomenal. Andy was my nurse the first night. His compassion and care that he gave is something I will always remember. After each night, I would ask if he was here, a couple of nights later, Andy was not my nurse but came by to see how I was doing. I came in with A-fib. Scared, very scared and Andy went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. It was very comforting. I was blessed to have Andy as my nurse last night. I also observed him with my roommate in which he demonstrated the same manner.

Thank you so much for helping my precious heart. I am so grateful. This was very scary. Andy is definitely an asset to Northridge Hospital.
