Over a three day period from Friday to Sunday Andy was the RN taking care of our mother. He consistently showed genuine concern and compassion for her. He always took the time to share information with the family explaining what and why he was performing each activity. He frequently checked to see how she was feeling or if she needed anything and encouraged her to go for walks. Andy is an outstanding example of how to be passionate with what you do.
