I needed assistance with a PCA pump for a patient, I called WT7, Andy came immediately to WT10 to offer his assistance. The family members recognized him immediately. Even during a time of much grief they smiled, welcomed Andy and thanked him for the awesome care he gave to their mother. They were happy to see him again. He approached the patient in a calm, comforting manner and explained what he was about to do before addressing the issue with the pump. It was a rather pleasant encounter and I wish to commend Andy RN with his perfect attitude.
