He was observed as very compassionate and empathic with his patients. His willingness to help patients not even assigned to him surprised me many times. Very polite and gentle with the patients and families.  Listening to the patients and visitors patiently. Moreover, he is knowledgeable and a hard worker. Never is he complacent during work.
