I have worked at Sinai for 4 years, and from Day 1, I often refer to Anel Romero LPN as my "Professor". This young lady personifies teamwork, and consistently proves to be a dedicated leader in upholding and carrying out Sinai's mission and core values.
Recently, Anel once again came to the rescue when one of our colleagues became ill mid-shift, leaving minimal staff available. Demonstrating superb patient service and organizational skills, Anel guided our team in effectively completing baths, wound care and medication rounds for every single patient.
I am so honored to work with her each day, while taking great pride in this young lady's intense work ethic and commitment to duty. Kudos for a job well done!
