Aneta is an exemplary nursing professional - knowledgeable, quiet, and caring.
At 7.00 pm (shift change) the day RN seemed frustrated. My IV needed to be changed - a stressful and painful procedure for me. In her kind, sweet way. Aneta examined the IV, flushed it and said it would be fine. She immediately gained my confidence.
Every time she left my room she would ask "Is there anything else I can do for you? Is there anything else you need?"
She genuinely cared about my comfort and I felt safe and well cared for while she was on duty.
