I want to start out by saying this nurse truly is an angel for our 90-year-old mother. When she met Angel for the very first time, we saw that she was truly fitting of the name Angel! My mother said, “She was meant to be my nurse.” We were at a loss as to what was going on with her, and Angel worked tirelessly to keep her comfortable and explain everything she was doing. When we would call the nurse’s station, she would respond. She was so easy to talk to and had compassion and empathy, not only for us but also for her coworkers. When we were leaving the hospital, she told us her grandmother’s name was the same as my mother’s name. She stood out as a nurse who would do this for all of her patients. This nurse truly is an Angel!
