Angel has consistently demonstrated promptness in executing orders and following the care plan. She keeps me informed about every step of my treatment, explaining not only what she is doing but also why it’s necessary and what I can expect next.

Her demeanor is a wonderful blend of friendliness and professionalism. She approaches her work with a sympathetic attitude that truly makes a difference. Angel is knowledgeable about my test results and their implications, ensuring I understand my medications and what to anticipate moving forward.

Most importantly, she has a unique ability to put me at ease. While she can't make my illness disappear, her care and support have alleviated much of my anxiety, which I believe is a primary goal for any nurse.
