Angel went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, going out of her way to encourage me and literally wiping my tears away. She stepped in and acted as my family when I didn't have any. There was even a time when she got down on her knees and painted my toes for me just so I could feel better, always cheering me up. She made time to check on me during her shift even if she was in another unit. Angel really became my family during my stay.
