Angela Reid is the type of leader who makes you aspire to be better at your role. She has a servant leader attitude, and it is seen in her everyday actions and behaviors. Angela has served as a house-wide transporter, a member of the "Prone Team" assisted in setting up an unused procedure area into an ER overflow/hold area, searched the entire facility for needed equipment, and provided countless hours of support to teammates within and outside her vast umbrella of responsibilities. She is open and supportive, listens to any idea, and will think outside the box, which has been so inspiring during this second wave of COVID. Angela encourages her team to find joy in their work and role models that attitude on the darkest of days. I have seen her tired, weary, and trudging through the trenches. Yet when asked, "How are you doing," she'll answer, "I'm blessed and highly favored my friend, "What can I do for you?"
