Angela Baek was nominated by her cohort. She is sweet, reliable, and always proactive in patient care. She advocates for her patients and is even meticulous to find an air leak in her patient's chest tube. When there is a language barrier in communication, Angela makes sure to prepare notes in the patient's language to be able to communicate with him/her. She is on top of it, knows her patient's forwards and backwards, and provides the best nursing care. She also cares about her peers and wants them to be successful. She is the first to lend a helping hand to her fellow cohort members.
