My son was recently in a serious motor vehicle accident. This was one of the worst days of my life. I did not know if my son was alive. Prayers started in the Emergency Department continuing through the entire hospital and continuing even today. Angela was my son's nurse for an entire week on dayshift. She was very attentive, caring, and professional and delivered excellent nursing care. I describe Angela as N-Nurturing; U- understanding; R-respectful; S-sensitive; E- exceptionally engaged employee!
When I thanked her for taking care of my son, her response was "this is the least I can do for you". Angela made sure to always answer our questions and ask if there was anything she could do for us or any visiting family and friends. Angela is definitely an extraordinary nurse.
