She immediately took action and transferred the patient to the Emergency Department for care. But Angela’s care didn’t stop there—she stayed by the patient’s side, offering reassurance and comfort when the patient felt scared and vulnerable. She later returned to complete the infusion procedure once the patient was stabilized.
