I have to nominate Angie for the level of commitment that she puts forth in her work. In particular, she has been working on a project for a pre-surgical optimization Clinic as a partner with the operating room. It has been incredible to see how much personal time she is willing to give to a project that she believes in. What amazes me is that she has so much compassion for the patients who are seen in the OR. She literally has dreams about how she can implement a new process that will come up with better outcomes.

As a newer leader, it has been incredible to see just how much somebody can care about an organization as well as the people who are working there. Working for her as a nurse was such an awesome experience being slammed with high Acuity patients knowing that no matter where she is at, or what meeting she is currently in, we could call her, and she would drop what she was doing to come to take a patient load herself.

Angie is a very big proponent of accountability and does the leg work to be able to ensure each associate has the tools needed to be a success. I have witnessed her coaching caregivers who have made mistakes and because of that they became better and are some of the better leaders out there today. Angie is a great mentor and trusted member of any team that she works for and with.
