Angela was superb! She was professional and empathetic, careful and gentle- all the traits that make her a wonderful nurse. She kept me informed, always wore a smile, and demonstrated true care for my condition and comfort. West Sub is lucky to have her as a nurse and any patient in her care would know they are in good hands.

Unfortunately, this is my 2nd stay with West Sub on the 5th floor. Since I had my surgery, I ended up coming back with minor complications. That alone was very scary and nerve-wracking. However, I was extremely blessed to have Angela as my nurse 2 times during my stay. Angela demonstrated compassion, and care, she showed empathy and concern. She also was very knowledgeable about my concerns and made me feel at ease. I felt like I was at home and in great care while Angela was my nurse. She is very deserving of the DAISY Award!

Angela is a very compassionate nurse. She loves her job and has a great passion for being a nurse. So special is who she is. She displays empathy and caring all during her work shifts. Angela is a great asset to the West Suburban Nursing Team. She rocks with a heart of gold and care that she provides to her patients. Angela goes above and beyond the call of her duty! Angela Rocks!
