Without hesitation, she immediately called in the nursing team, and together they rapidly assessed my condition and initiated the appropriate interventions. Her quick thinking and decisive actions ensured I received immediate care before my reaction could worsen.

Shortly afterward, I developed a severe skin reaction that spread over my entire body, from the top of my head to my feet. Once again, Angela responded immediately. She calmly helped me remove clothing that was worsening my discomfort while continuing to reassure me throughout the experience.

Recognizing the severity of my condition, Angela went a step further by locating Dr. C and bringing him directly to the infusion area so he could personally evaluate me. Her initiative ensured I received immediate physician assessment and treatment at a critical moment. She didn't simply respond to the emergency—she coordinated the appropriate level of care and advocated for me every step of the way.

Throughout the entire experience, Angela demonstrated remarkable clinical expertise, decisive leadership, and genuine compassion. Beyond the technical excellence of her care, she made me feel completely supported and safe. I trusted her completely because I knew that no matter what happened, she would be there, watching over me and responding without hesitation.

Angela's exceptional ability to recognize a potentially life-threatening reaction, lead the nursing response, advocate for immediate physician involvement, and provide compassionate reassurance embodies the very best of nursing. Her actions were far more than routine patient care—they were a life-affirming intervention that made an immeasurable difference in my treatment experience.
