Angela is the epitome of nursing. I have had many interactions with Angela and have found her to go above & beyond (helping find where prescriptions were sent by the provider and calling after work hours to update patient information). I don't just have one story to tell because there are so many. I had almost back-to-back con-leave requests, and she educated me on the process at the last minute and helped expedite my information prior to my leaving. One of many examples. Overall, she patiently talks to all of her patients like they're the only ones and does not rush. Angela is professional and has always used at least two patient identifiers to ensure she has the correct patient, she addresses patients respectfully and ensures that when I have been in her office she keeps patient information out of sight of others. I have witnessed Angela being pulled in many directions by technicians, me as the patient, the front desk clerks, and a provider. She patiently was able to prioritize and balance all the requests. Angela, RN in FM, should be recognized for her bedside manner, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients.
