Lt. Angela Dickerson, RN/BSN, is a U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps officer serving Phoenix Indian Medical Center in the outpatient Women's Clinic. Angela was nominated by an employee of this hospital, JR, who previously worked as a medical support assistant in the Women's Clinic, and who has also been a patient in the clinic. JR nominated Angela because her life has been touched by Angela's positive, encouraging attitude, and her kindness to everyone she meets - patients, families, and co-workers. JR wrote that she enjoyed coming to work every day because Angela made the Women's Clinic a wonderful place to be. Although JR no longer works in the Clinic, she still sees Angela around the hospital caring for people and making PIMC a better place for everyone at the facility.
