During this hospitalization, when I came to this floor, I was treated with so much care and compassion that it warmed my heart. Angela was my nurse, and she had a student nurse training with her on this shift. Angela was a very informative and patient teacher. I was very impressed by her ability to teach her trainee and attend to me with care and compassion. She always paid close attention to my needs as I was in excruciating pain. She made sure I was comfortable. She treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. She attended to me like I was her only patient. She didn’t get upset or impatient with me when I seemed to need her more at times. Her acts of kindness and bedside manners are impeccable. She is a great asset to this team and hospital. She made a difference in the quality of care that I received. She made me feel worthy of the quality of care and compassion that I received from her.

I came in contact with quite a few people who showed me the highest level of care and compassion I have ever had. Thank you for all you do.
