Angela was quick to assist. Even though that's what ER RNs do, she was quick to help and put my husband's and my mind at ease. She took great care of my daughter and she played with her as well as started her IV. She was precepting a young male nurse who was trying his hardest to keep up. She was running circles around him and trying not to. She was polite and explained things thoroughly. My husband and I are both in the medical field, but she treated us how we are supposed to be treated in that situation, as parents. She didn't know I was a nurse (Pediatric Trauma Nurse) and allowed me to be a mom and not on nurse mode. I can't express enough what that meant for me. She did everything right!
