Angela expressed genuine interest in me as a person as well as a patient. Angela always conducted herself in a professional manner, carrying out all the duties as a nurse with the utmost care and attention to detail. She showed respect to the doctors when she would talk to them on my behalf, and showed great respect to me in advocating for me. On multiple occasions, she went out of her way to show genuine regard, empathy, and compassion.

I believe her actions were carried out with the utmost professionalism. She followed all the guidelines outlined by the hospital and administration, took care of me and advocated for my care, respected my privacy and HIPAA, treating me as a whole person and not just a patient.
