Angela Johnson 2025, RN

The patient came in for emergency surgery with his wife and 3 young children. They were from out of town and appeared to be living out of their car, the hospital does not allow family members to stay overnight, on top of that they did not have money. The mother of the children did not drive. So Angela paid for a hotel for the family out of her own pocket and spoke to the house supervisor about a voucher for a ride to the hotel.
