Working in a hospital for 15 years and handling JACHO robotic care their auditors or when supervisors come around versus someone having a sincere passion for the work that they do, I witnessed this with Angela for myself and other patients alike. Upon arrival to the unit, I was welcomed and questioned or asked about any immediate concerns. Permission was requested for all services rendered, all while she was training another nurse and managing an elderly patient who was in psychosis or what appeared to be very aggressive, and still, Angela’s tone never changed. She is authentic. Nursing is her passion; she loves to care for others, which is obvious. This is important to experience while healing it makes you feel safe, not worried, and assured. That’s what I felt from working with Angela. I truly wish her the best.
