One day, I entered the hospital carrying my worries about my little daughter. I was nervous and very afraid for her. In the hospital corridors and waiting, I found a nurse who met us with a genuine smile, laughing and joking. She was close to us and caring for us. She treated us as if we were her family.
She asked me about my daughter and reassured me with simple steps, but full of mercy, even the simplest details, such as her holding my daughter’s hand, talking to her calmly, and bringing her sweets. This changed her mood greatly for the better, and she became happy. I made her feel safe and comfortable.
From the bottom of my heart, I say to you, thank you, angel of mercy, for your cooperation, concern, and sincerity. Be honest with your feelings and presence. I will never forget your smile, your laughter, your style, and your beautiful jokes.
