Angela was nominated for her caring nature and ability to help with a patient who needed language services. Angela immediately started to plan for the patient to accommodate the patient's needs. She retrieved an iPad to use to help the patient with the language services. Angela instantly was able to reassure the patient's caregiver by answering questions and concerns expressed.
