Angela Murphy 2023, MSN, RN
Angela took excellent care of my father and made every effort to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. Angela was compassionate and sensitive when my father decided to transition to comfort measures only. She exceeded our expectations because she also took care of my mother by providing emotional support during a very sad and challenging time for our family. Angela also offered practical tips for how to take care of my dad at home, including teaching my siblings and me how to do a safe transfer.

My husband is 86 years old and a Parkinson’s patient. He was distressed and scared when it became apparent that he would be spending several days/nights at RRMC without his wife of 66 years. His medication routine is long, precise, and not easy to follow. Any deviations mean that his dopamine supply is compromised. But Angela, very professionally with a calm demeanor, went over all the particulars and assured both of us that his meds would be properly administered during his stay at RRMC. Angela is an outstanding nurse, compassionate, and professional. My husband and I take our hats off to her, with respect and gratitude.
