I am writing to thank you for all the care and kindness you showed my brother in the last days of his death. My sister and I spoke with you on the phone a couple of times and we could tell just from the way you spoke to us that you really care about your patients and did everything you could to make them feel comfortable and at peace. You answered all our questions about how my brother was doing and even offered to relay to him a message from us. It is so nice to know that there are people like you who don’t just view your “job” as a “job” but that you really are such a kind and caring person.
