Angela made me feel at ease after transferring from another hospital. I was in an unfamiliar area and also had a medical condition that did not have any specific solutions. I did not have any family or friends in the area, so with all the above factors, I was feeling anxious, nervous, alone and vulnerable. While feeling this way, Angela was picking up on it and started to make me feel more and more comfortable with her kind, compassionate, comical and humorous words. Angela took my questions and concerns seriously. She contacted those required for my answers and concerns. She took time out to inform my family and give updates on my condition to help settle their minds seeing as they could not be here.
