Angela is a very caring, professional, and respectful to her patients and staff in the clinic. She is always will to assist in any capacity such as codes, or anyone for that matter. On this day Angela was the only nurse in the patient triage area when a volunteer informed her that a veteran had fallen to the floor. A code was called but Angela immediately attended to the patient reassuring the veteran that she was there to care for him while awaiting the code team arrival. Angela was compassionate and allowing the veteran to trust that he would be taken care of.
