My husband was on 4-East (Med/Surg/Tele) for 5 nights and 6 days. He felt so horrible with the flu. Angela was really intent on seeing the whole picture of his several co-morbidities. She anticipated his needs with a joy that is seldom seen. Patients generally do not want to impose on anyone and Angela made us feel that she was thrilled to take care of his largest and smallest needs. Angela is tiny in stature, but she is like the EVER READY bunny. Even at 7 am the end of shift, she was full of helpful energy. What was interesting to me was that she was always in a mask, but I could tell she was smiling by her eyes, her voice, and her mannerisms. I really hated it when Angela left every morning.
