Angela Raney went above and beyond when it comes to her customer service. She was so kind and patient. She was always so busy, yet she still managed to make my stay feel like I was family and I was important. She always had a smile and a kind word. I saw her handle her shift with grace, care, and compassion. It means so much to me that she was not just a nurse, but a concerned friend. She would stop in, even though she was slammed to see if I needed anything. She made my stay at BSA great.
