Angela makes you feel like a member of her family from the start. She keeps you informed of your loved one's status and makes sure she is attentive and listens to any concerns you have. Angela as helpful, informative, and respectful. She was kind when letting us know about the rules and regulations of the ICU. Even though she has several patients she makes you feel like your loved one is her only one.
