Angela Thongngoen was waiting in the room for my wife and took charge of getting her in bed and as comfortable as possible. Just her kind and professional attitude towards my wife made me feel like she was finally with people who cared and were professional. I had the privilege to watch Angela care and treat my wife, who was unaware of where she was or what was happening to her, with kindness, caring and compassion. For two days, my wife was agitated, loud and difficult to work with while remaining unaware and unable to communicate. Angela continued to give amazing care to my wife. She even called me during the night to let me know my wife's status. Because of Angela, I was able to go home at night knowing she would take amazing care of my wife. On Sunday night, my wife finally woke up, was aware and able to communicate. Because of Angela and other staff members, my wife is doing better and should go home soon.
