I am here today because my husband had a heart procedure. Just a few weeks ago, I was here among many others, for my sister/friend who passed. Her husband had been praying and asking God to send him someone that he didn't know to help him make the heartbreaking decision to take his wife off life support.

A little later that day, a beautiful young lady, Nurse Angelica, came into the room and began walking him through the next steps to allow the love of his life to go to heaven. We all thought "to pull the plug" was just that and Jimmy was struggling with that. Angelica helped him by explaining that there was nothing to pull and told him what to expect. The Chaplain came and joined them and with such peace and love as well as Angelica was speaking and reading bible verses, over her as well as the beautiful prayers of the Chaplain, our loved one was escorted to Heaven in perfect peace.

We all got to love and thank her that day. And when we all were in with our loved one, after she passed, Angelica put our loved one's thumbprint on little wooden hearts for everyone. About a week later, a beautiful celebration of life took place, and guess who came... Angelica. You are an Angel on Earth!
