I can't thank you enough for your help. I had two rapids called in one shift- one patient had a stroke, and the other was desatting into the 80s and coughing up blood. Fortunately, both were treated in time. These emergencies happened one after the other, so I didn't have time to care for my other patients. You were the charge nurse that night and busy helping other nurses and handling your own tasks. Yet, you still made time to assist me and ensure I had the help I needed before moving on. Your genuine concern and dedication made my shift manageable despite all the chaos. I also heard our floor had four other rapid calls that night- what a hectic shift for you. You are truly commendable. Thank you for being such a great team player and an excellent nurse.
