Angie has a very nice personality. She has wonderful teaching skills and great leadership qualities. She also has wonderful sense of humor. She is always smiling, which in turn has you smiling. She is very caring and has a great big heart. Angie explained all my meds just as all the other nurses did. Angie was gentle. My arms were sore after 24/7 of antibiotics. She alternated arms when she could to give my veins a rest and she flushed them with ease. Angie also has a light touch when checking my blood sugar.

I really didn't have anyone to come and see me. Angie kept me updated and checked up on me often, and you don't even notice it. She puts a smile on your face without her even trying. Angie is a great team player and a leader.

... Angie is currently 3A's wound and skin champion, which is an important role in keeping our patients free from hospital-acquired pressure ulcers. Angie completed her BSN program last year, which was one of the highlights in her nursing career. She stated that she was glad she went back to school because it helped her developed personally and professionally. I can always count on Angie for any feedback required pertaining to nursing practice and operations. I admire Angie for her determination, tenacity, compassion, dedication and passion. Overall, Angie is a wonderful person and a great example of a "true nurse".
