Angelica has always demonstrated great communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner, but she also stands out as an amazing leader! She takes great care of her patients but has repeatedly demonstrated her commitment to taking care of her team as a charge nurse! She is always eager to help, and I have personally witnessed countless occasions when she went above and beyond to aid other nurses. Whenever I work with Angelica, I know no matter how the shift goes, someone will have my back. On countless occasions, I have seen her making multiple phone calls, searching to solve another nurse's issue, or spending a long time redirecting an agitated patient on behalf of an overwhelmed peer. Whether it is a policy question, technical difficulty, or simply assistance with passing meds, she is always eager to do what she can do, her nurses!
