Every time I will hear the common parlance statement "small but terrible" I will always remember her. She is literally small but her influence is huge and has a greater impact on the team. The patients are admiring her in so many ways, also ward nurses are appreciating her job as she cares for the wounds of her patients. She cares for wounded patients with a holistic approach. As a colleague, I really observed her dedication and passion in her assigned tasks. I can feel her sincerity and her concerns to all her patients, regardless of attitude, race, culture, and ethnicity.
