Angelica was on loan to the E.D. from the ICU unit. My mom had come in with uncontrollable vomiting, severe diarrhea, and low blood sugar. My mom had a diarrhea explosion all over herself and the CT table. She soiled her clothes pretty badly. When she came back to the ER room, she was so embarrassed. Angelica came in and was so compassionate and caring with my mom. She helped her get cleaned up and got her dressed in clean garments. She made my mom feel less embarrassed and really calmed her down. Even at my mom's discharge, she cleaned my mom up one more time and helped her get dressed. She even found a wheelchair and took her out to meet us personally. Angelica demonstrated the most professional, compassionate care I've ever experienced. She went above and beyond to ensure my mom was okay. Thank you is seriously not enough.
