My mother is very critical and very specific to her expectations. So for my mother to be pleased with a nurse attending to her is an honor the hospital should be proud of. My grandmother is very easy going, but my mother is very very demanding and the fact that Mother asked me to fill this out for Angie is impressive. She said she was attentive, smart, very clear with her directions, and kept her informed. Most of all she showed concern! That meant the most!
