Angelina provided not only medical care but also emotional support, offering comfort and encouragement to both me and my husband.
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and to nominate Angelina for her outstanding care, compassion, and support during three of the most challenging times in my life. As a patient at Redlands Community Hospital, I was fortunate to have Angelina by my side not once, twice, but three separate visits during my journey. I experienced a preterm labor diagnosis in 2017, the successful live birth of my beautiful daughter in 2018, and a heartbreaking 2nd loss at 20 weeks in 2022.
From the moment I met Angelina, her warmth and empathy made a significant difference in my experience. She approached every interaction with genuine kindness, offering reassurance and support during moments of uncertainty. Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she guided me through the complexities of each of my medical situations with patience and understanding.
During the preterm labor diagnosis, Angelina provided not only medical care but also emotional support, offering comfort and encouragement to both me and my husband. Her presence was a source of strength during a time filled with nothing but fear and anxiety.
When my beautiful daughter was born, Angelina played a pivotal role in ensuring both the health of my baby and my own well-being. Her expertise and attentiveness were invaluable, and her unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality of care never wavered.
Tragically, despite everyone's best efforts, we experienced the loss of our baby boy at 20 weeks. I will never forget the sense of relief I felt when Angelina walked into my room. My angel had arrived, and I felt safe and understood and knew I had the best nurse for my worst situation. During this devastating time, Angelina continued to demonstrate exceptional compassion and support. She provided a shoulder to lean on, offering words of comfort and understanding during our grief. And gifted us the most beautiful memory box of our boy that I will cherish forever.
It is rare to encounter someone like Angelina, whose dedication to her patients goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support have left a lasting impression on me and my family, and I am forever grateful for the difference she has made in our lives.
