Angelina Wolfe took care of my son while he was admitted from the ER to the 6th floor. She treated my son with such kindness and respect. We had told her that he is a very understanding child, and as long as she lets him know what she is doing to him, he will cooperate. If she doesn't he would "freak out" (his words.) She was sure to be thorough but to a level of his understanding. She also made sure to respect his autonomy by allowing him to make decisions (with my approval, of course) and allow him to express himself. She set the tone for his healing, and I am so grateful for her and the care she gave. She was informative with her teaching skills for me and him, and she was sure to work with me regarding his medication schedule. She was just all-around caring and so incredibly sweet! I wish everyone could have an Angelina taking care of them in vulnerable situations. She was made for this.
