Angeline is an incredible person. She walked through step by step and made me feel totally comfortable. She used an ultrasound to start my IV. I am so scared of needles, but she made the experience fun. The next day, my IV became swollen, and by total chance, I ran into Angeline in the cafe. I told her what happened and joked that I needed her skills again. She told me she would wrap up some things and then go to my room. I told her no problem; I enjoyed her company but didn't want to bother her. Less than an hour later, she was in my room with an ultrasound. She went above and beyond what she was doing to help me. I will never forget her kindness to me. The freckles are the windows to the veins!
