July 2025 Honoree
Angelique Taguibao, RN
My mum is terminally ill and is currently spending her final days on the Beeston Ward. Angelique has been a real source of support and compassion to me and my family during this terrible time.
Nothing is too much trouble for Angelique; she even made arrangements to move Mum into a quiet side room, even though she didn’t have to. Having watched her care for Mum and other patients, it’s clear that she is not only an incredible nurse but also a genuinely wonderful human being.
I truly believe that, had we not been fortunate enough to have her support over the past week or so, my family and I would have found this heartbreaking situation even more difficult to cope with.
Thank you, Angelique, for everything you have done. You are a credit to the NHS, and you have our everlasting admiration.
