Angella took such special care for our mother. She showed her personal attention and would kneel and talk directly to her in such a respectful and compassionate way. She never was rushed, and always made sure Mom was comfortable. Angella was a true professional at all times and so competent. Mom would tell us how much she loved her name and how she was such a sweetie. Angella eased our anxiety, and more importantly, our mother's. We tell everyone how wonderful Methodist has been and how grateful we are for their care.
At one point our 92-year-old mom said, "I feel like royalty here!" That was due to the whole staff, but especially nurse Angella. Thank you so much!
